Teaching

I started my teaching experience at ENSAV La Cambre and it gave me so much satisfaction that I decided I should multiply these experiences.

I’ve been focussed on teaching beginners the core concepts of the web (Html, css & Javascript), user experience and coding (Ruby on rails).

Principles

Pragmatic

As little theory as needed, straight to the examples.

Inclusive

Encourage women to start tech studies despite social pressure.

Hacking

Students should be encouraged to expirement — practise makes perfect.

Think first

Coding & design are just ways to solve problems and communicate.

Global

Encourage system thinking, seeing each part as a part of a whole.

Individualized

Appropriate custom attention is given then generalized.

2017 Le wagon by night

A 10 evenings workshop to teach you the basics of front-end development. This project is a collaboration with Anne Collet (Director of Le Wagon Belgium).

2016 Rails Girls

Our aim is to give tools and a community for women to understand technology and to build their ideas. We do this by providing a great experience on building things and by making technology more approachable.

2016 Web − Art − Culture @ ENSAV La Cambre

A 30h course about web technology, culture et artistic creation. The course is built around the values “Autonomy, Mastery & Purpose”.
